Microneedling
Microneedling allows your body to heal itself through collagen induction. We use a handheld device resembling a pen to make micro-injuries with tiny needles to the surface of your skin. This procedure is painless after we numb the face with a topical anesthetic cream. These micro-injuries cause your body to deliver healing factors and blood flow to the skin.
The addition of growth factors through serum or your body’s own supply of platelet-rich plasma will boost your results to the next level.
Microneedling is best for:
-
Fine lines and wrinkles
-
Poor skin texture and tone
-
Hyperpigmentation treatment
-
Stretch marks
-
Large pore size
-
Acne and acne scar treatment
-
Hair loss and thinning

Average Procedure Time: 1.5 hour

Repeat Treatments: Monthly for 4 months
We offer 2 Different types of Microneedling
Microneedling with PRP
Often, results of microneedling can be further improved when used in combination with Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP). Studies have shown that PRP can expedite the healing process of tissues and reduce the appearance of pigmentation and acne scarring when used with microneedling.
PRP treatment involves using the patient’s own blood as a resource to isolate the platelets with a centrifuge. Because the blood is directly from the patient, the risks of the body rejecting the plasma or having an allergic reaction are minimal.

RF Microneedling
This cutting-edge procedure combines traditional microneedling with radiofrequency (RF) energy to deliver remarkable results. By creating controlled micro-injuries in the skin and simultaneously delivering RF energy deep into the dermal layers, RF Microneedling stimulates collagen and elastin production more effectively than traditional microneedling alone.
This results in a significant reduction in fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, and stretch marks, making it an attractive option for individuals seeking non-surgical skin rejuvenation.

Post Treatment Instructions and Expectations
Immediately after your Micro-Needling procedure, do not take any anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen, Motrin or Advil. These agents will interfere with the natural inflammatory process that is critical and responsible for your skin rejuvenation. Follow these simple steps:

Day 1: On the next day, you may clean your face as usual and apply makeup, lotions and other topical products as usual. Stay away from exfoliants or glycolic acids that are present is cleaners as these can make your skin very dry after the procedure. Be sure to use an approved SPF30 or greater sunscreen!

Days 2-7: Within two (2) days following your Micro-Needling procedure, you will notice skin dryness and flaking. This is due to an increased turnover of skin cells. During this period, you may apply your regular skin moisturizer.
Follow the instructions given to you by your medical professional.
If your medical professional used the roller or needle device around the eyes, you may have a little micro bruising that may exist for three or four days. This can easily be covered with makeup.
